Delivery Policy
Deer Tacking Services provides free UK delivery on all products offered in our store. This ensures that you will encounter no additional or unexpected shipping charges at checkout.
To deliver the best possible value, we utilise service levels appropriate to the item type and value:
- Standard Items: Smaller or lower-value products are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. These shipments typically arrive within 3–5 working days.
- High-Value Items: Premium products, including Garmin® handsets and collars, are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. These items are generally delivered within 2–3 working days from the date we receive your order.
Please note that we only ship products within the U.K. If you place an order from outside of the U.K. your order will not be accepted and your payment will be refunded less a 5% transaction fee.
